A strong workplace culture is more than just a buzzword, it’s the backbone of a thriving organization. In early 2023, I was making the decision to join yet another organization. And I knew that the culture would be the deciding factor in weighing the many offers. For me, finding a workplace where the culture aligns with my values and beliefs is crucial to whether I stay. Here’s why:
