Taking the time and embedding it as habit is so key - and a culture that supports that is one that allows people to take the time, to take the more unconventional route that allows for discovery, that values thinking time and reflection as valuable and productive - rather than just pressing for more speed. One point that caught my eye particularly in your article: Embracing Change "The ability to pivot and learn new skills quickly" therein lies the challenge! We need to be able to pivot and learn quickly, but our need for speed can also be the thing that squeezes out a continuous discovery journey. Sometimes change involves waiting and wrangling and sitting in the messy middle, rather than finding a quick resolution. Argh! ??
