? Digital Marketing & Management Consultant. ?? I help businesses lift Sales & Marketing Performance
In this world where tight competition exists, there are still people who’ve become so fortunate when it comes to their field of business.
Lucky in a way that some of the businessperson able to grab chances of being introduced to other people who offer bigger and brighter opportunities for them.
What I’m trying to emphasize here are the referrals that some fortunate business person have encountered. They really have best of luck!
In the world of business, strong Power Teams are now present. For the information of everybody who does not know yet what power teams are, they are actually group of people having “complementary” professions and they work with the same clients, yet do not take business away from one another.
To make it clear, one great example I can point for this kind of group are the people behind weddings. In a wedding team, the members could consist of a wedding planner, designer, photographer and a florist. In this circle of professions, one of them may have contacted by a client for an upcoming fabulous wedding. So the one being contacted here can refer the client to each of the member of the group for other wedding activities.
The ability of the members highlighted in the situation display a competency for maximum success in networking as these high quality group of people foster a mutual relationship beneficial for each one of them.
Guidelines on How to Cultivate Relationship with Networking Partners
In order to come up with a strong team compose of high quality members where presence of mutual understanding and interest does also exist, we need to take note of these guidelines:
- Share Something About Your Business
One of the factors that can easily help you know your networking partners better is through asking them about how they started their business. Through sharing of thoughts and experience, you able to build great relationship with them and may also help you come up with reliable testimonial about them.
By this move, it’ll be easy for you and for them as well to refer each one of you to prospected clients.
2. Ask What Activities They Enjoy
Asking your partners with what they love to do is also one of the important factors that you need to share to your prospect client. Letting your client know about your partner’s interest may also influence them to ‘like’ your partner.
