11 个月Yes, collaborative leadership has the power to significantly improve a team's dynamics. Instead of a single person leading, when all members work together, each member's strengths are utilized. This promotes open communication, and creates a strong sense of unity among the team. The real benefit? The team members don't see themselves as just colleagues, they see themselves as a cohesive team achieving more collectively.
