?As a coach, I've witnessed a seismic shift in the corporate mindset from “you have a coach, what is wrong with you”, to “oh you don’t have, what’s wrong with you” - Coaching is no longer a luxury. In this electrifying exploration, let's peel back the layers and uncover the potential of coaching within organizations.

Defining the Essence of Coaching:
At its core, coaching is rooted in psychology, a craft of asking explorative questions and active listening.

According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is not just a practice; it's a dynamic partnership aimed at unleashing the boundless potential within each individual. It's about igniting the spark of self-discovery, aligning with personal and professional goals, and propelling oneself towards greatness. In essence, coaching is the catalyst for transformation, the cornerstone upon which dreams are built.

External Factors (40%), the Coaching Relationship (30%), Expectation and Belief (15%), and Theory and Technique (15%) – these are the pillars upon which coaching outcomes rest.
