No power can withstand against will power

Something to learn from a true story on will power. Like the other corporates , one of the company named XYZ also had an office culture of going outdoor once in a month along with their peers and colleagues. 

Team outings are a great way to facilitate bonding with your team members, reduce employee stress, and give them the chance to get to know one another outside of the office.

Usually, starts with a thanks giving note for the hard-work displayed by the team in the past by the boss, recognition, rewards, move on to play corporate type of outdoor play and its fun.

They divide two team for rope pulling game, on one-side all men who were muscular, and other hand women and few oldies. The team was not fairly divided enough, so the weak team requested to give them this new boy to their team.

The powerful men's team thought he is a new boy, not muscular, he can do nothing to us, so no worries, let's give him to the opponent team.

 Victor went and stood in the last holding the rope tight, the game starts, the rope begins to slip away from the hands of weak team, Victor decides to move forward and holds the rope from the front to take lead. 

Now the Interesting part of the game..

Victors, a boy with lots of determination, he was not physically strong but he was brave and never gave up.

The rope still slipping away from the weak team, Victor uses his techniques, gives out his best efforts with loud sound and transforms his positive vibes across, by seeing his determination everyone in the team started to give the same sound and efforts, 'that's where he made it happened', the grip got more stronger and the rope started to gain momentum towards the newly formed determined team. 

The weak team won the game, how ????
