The Power Of Brand YOU

Hey Brand Builder!

For the last couple of weeks I've been focusing on the personal brand basics:

  1. Getting Clarity on who you are
  2. Understanding your unique value
  3. Communicating with your ideal audience

And I did this intentionally, because we all have to start with that basic introspection to move forward with our brands - to be able to position, package and promote our knowledge and expertise and ultimately to add value.

As professionals we sometimes just want to jump straight into being an expert, without taking time to take a look at the journey to get there. We really can't move forward without acknowledging and appreciating what we already have and then we can fill in the gaps and improve on our capabilities.

Every experience holds value, the people we have around us add value, the books we read, the podcasts we listen to ... all of these add value to our brand. However, it starts with you - it starts with acknowledging that you already have a brand, that there are already people that need to hear your brand voice and that you are unique in your delivery - no matter the profession.
