POWER BI - Licensing Administrators - Create/leverage a Power App canvas form to help on the workflow

1) Ingest ETL or ELT all required data on a SQL DWH or Lakehouse system

Sources are :

• Power BI activity events via GET https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/admin/activityevents?startDateTime={startDateTime}&endDateTime={endDateTime}&continuationToken={continuationToken}&$filter={$filter}
• Entra or O356 power BI users licensing
• Table setting : Power BI operations qualification ( Pro or PPU needed Y or No)

Gold SQL data

2) On a SQL view (Source + parameters + business rules) qualify each Pro or PPU : License usage issue last - month ? (Y or N)

3) Use this list to initiate a Power Apps canvas LIST

4) Send teams notification/warning message to each users on empty feedback

5) Users give their feedbacks
