Power BI - Change Order of PBI Apps

After publishing a lot of Apps on PBI service and you start to realize that which one should be ordered as number #1and displayed firstly in the workspace to gain more effectiveness & concentration rather wasting time to look up the most frequently used report. This post will help you do that as a piece of cake in 3 steps as follows

Step 1: go to the workspace\ Update app

Step 2: go to Navigation

Step 3: looking at the list of apps on the left and hovering the mouse over a report, it will display 3 buttons as move up/ move down/ hide. After changing the sequence as you wish and then click the Update app button to apply the change.
