Rome was not built in a day is so true and a liken simile to this article. Rome was built block by block, arch by arch, to create a city beautiful and a splendor. The commitment to the end goal by all involved, Leadership as well as the all the people that made it happen, masons, quarry team, to the logistics and the unsung workers. A huge achievement that took small wins and constant support to achieve the huge result. Leadership IMO is about wearing many hats for the leaders, being part of the team, as well as the leader of the team.
