Indulge me in a personal report today as I divulge INCREMENTAL progress on my battle of the bulge.
18 POUNDS ago at 195 I started following a daily calorie limit (calculated to be 500 calories/day deficit) to lose one POUND a week. I have been steadily doing it and am currently at 177.
Such INCREMENTAL progress takes TENACITY, sometimes NOT LOOKING at the daily fluctuations. I also discovered a subtle challenge along the way. As you lose weight the daily target decreases as your weight changes. So its about 100 calories/day lower now than when I started.
