Potential

Adjective: Having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future. Possibility, when the necessary conditions exist.

Noun: Latent qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to future success.

Been seeing a lot of posts this past week regarding having a word of the Year.? My word for 2024 is POTENTIAL.

Individual potential, family potential, team potential, and company potential.? In order to attain whatever is possible, there will be reliance on a few other words to ensure the necessary conditions exist to drive great results in 2024.

Reflection – create an abundance of awareness around what is working and what isn’t.? Spending time each week

Discipline – doing what needs to be done, even on days when motivation is lacking.

Accountability – extreme ownership and accountability to myself, my family, my team and the company. Do what I say I am going to do, when I say I am going to do it.

Focus - identifying the 20% that will get us 80% of the way there. Get it done. Repeat.
