1 个月Also there is a growing local demand. The main issue for the industry growth remains is the skillset. We started organizing communication and telesales training to university students and fresh graduates to employ them in our company. Now we are also planning to supply to other BPO, and startups. Investment on the training and making them work-ready in the BPO industry should be the key priority.
