The client envisioned an innovative and high-energy entertainment zone that would redefine the laser tag experience. Potencia stepped in as the main contractor, responsible for constructing 49,000 sq. ft. of intricately themed environments. From technical designs and authority approvals to final handover, our team meticulously designed and executed every aspect of the project to create a world-class FEC.

Key Highlights of the Project

? Mezzanine Construction: A key challenge was maximizing space utilization within the facility. We successfully built multiple mezzanines across the 30,000 sq. ft. of gross floor area, ensuring optimal flow and engagement for gaming enthusiasts.

? Comprehensive MEP Solutions: A project of this scale requires a robust Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure. Potencia handled the entire MEP design and build, ensuring efficiency, safety, and long-term sustainability through its design solution including first-of-its-kind HVAC- Non-ducted VRF solutions to achieve maximum height.

? Fire Life Safety & Traffic Management Safety: FLS is paramount in entertainment spaces. We implemented well-designed fire life safety systems and traffic management solutions to not just meet authority requirements but also not compromise on the customer journey. We created an immersive experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

? Themed Immersion & Unique Attractions: While on one end we created a city, on the other end, you will see one of the most exciting elements of this project, A fully fabricated Metro subway feature. Complete with trains and compartments, this custom-built attraction provided an authentic urban warfare experience within the laser tag arena. Every detail was meticulously crafted to heighten immersion and create a thrilling atmosphere.
