Posture, Spine, and Sushumna

It is hard to believe it is the last week of February already.

Where does the time go? As I get older, it seems to fly faster and faster!

Do you feel that way as well?

Meditating is the only time when time can stand still although it is not always the case as other meditators can attest. This being said, sitting upright while meditating has drastically improved since I've been practicing and teaching integrated functioning which?is key to finding comfort in your movement and posture.

That's why I wrote a blog entry on Posture, Spine, and Sushumna?which is filled with striking statements that need to be heard for us to evolve back to a healthy upright position over time.
