Come on an adventure and fuel your wanderlust as we travel the globe, talking to ordinary people about why they love where they live, exploring beyond the guide books and tourist traps to discover local secrets.

In this episode, we hear from Meghan Gearino who lives in Richmond, the capital of Virginia on the US east coast. Richmond is famous for its well-preserved historic architecture and cobblestone streets, thriving arts and music scene and diverse neighbourhoods.

Music and vintage clothing lover Meghan tells us where she goes to listen to her favourite bands and shop for old-is-new-again fashion, talks about the city's many festivals, the craft brewing scene and how she spends her weekends in the city she now calls home.
