Exponential technologies are rapidly transforming industries worldwide – and creating new ones. We are transitioning to a Post-Industrial civilization and not without turbulence!

In this half-day workshop you will learn how mature firms can mobilize for systematic disruption using exponential technologies. You will discover how to assess your industry’s degree of disruption, determine your organization’s level of readiness, and learn how it can become a platform for building new, disruptive ventures. We will explore how the nature of jobs is changing and what leadership and people development will look like in the world that is emerging.
