Halloween may be over, but if you indulged a bit too much, your stomach might still feel like it’s hosting a haunted house.
This newsletter we’re tackling the real “boogeyman” of digestion: low stomach acid.
This little-known issue could be the reason your tummy’s been tricked instead of treated post-Halloween.
Low Stomach Acid: The Digestive Ghoul You Didn’t See Coming
When our stomach acid levels dip, it’s like rolling out the red carpet for all sorts of digestive “ghosts”—from imbalances to unwelcome invaders.
While we might not notice low stomach acid in our day-to-day, it’s often the silent reason behind a range of digestive disturbances.
Giving your stomach cells the attention they deserve might be just what you need to say goodbye to candy-induced chaos!
A 2-Step Rescue Plan (a Treat, Not a Trick)
1. Cut the Snacking: It’s tempting to snack, especially after a sugar-fueled Halloween. But constant grazing exhausts stomach acid production and overworks your acid-making cells. Give them a breather!
2. Use My "Go To": For a little extra help, take a 1/8 teaspoon of "iRevive." Think of it as a mini “vacation” for your stomach cells so they can recharge and work effectively.
H. Pylori: The Trickster Bacteria
Meet H. pylori, the mischievous goblin of your gut. Typically, H. pylori stays quiet, but diets high in sugar and prolonged antibiotic use can stir it up, leading to acid reflux, ulcers, and digestive drama.
Here’s the twist: acid reflux often occurs because you have too little acid, not too much.
Low stomach acid can leave the LES (Lower Esophageal Sphincter) “gate” open, allowing acid to splash up, causing that burning sensation.
Many people reach for PPIs (Proton Pump Inhibitors) to lower acid, but these can actually worsen the issue by blocking vital nutrients.
So, instead of suppressing symptoms, let’s tackle the root cause and bring H. pylori back under control.

2. Immune Support: Calm your immune system with bismuth and gum mastic, reducing inflammation and preventing unnecessary clashes with your stomach lining. iRevive also helps support the immune system. Just put a little on a cracker and ingest.
3. Soothe the Stomach: After candy-induced acid wars, a mix of Aloe Vera and iRevive offers a soothing, restorative “spa day” for your stomach. Simply combine 2 oz of Aloe Vera with 3 oz of water and add a 1/8 tsp iRevive
