Helping people transform their lives & partner with business owners to achieve great outcomes, saving them money, time & hassle.
It’s the start of a new season and the country is beginning to wake up once again following the summer. Over the last few months, the UK has:
- Imported a record number of goods and services - ï¿¡48.9bn
- Seen Output increase to its fastest rate, growing 2.1% in Q2,
- Cut interest rates to their lowest at 0.25%
- Seen growth within the construction industry
- Witnessed the FTSE having its best day since Brexit (last Friday)
Further to issuing our Post Brexit survey, we have received increased interest in its results and levels of demand.
Thank you in advance for reviewing the results and I hope it throws some light on certain topics that are on your agenda.
Other leaders are considering asking themselves a number of searching questions to ensure they are on top of these challenges:
- Are you retaining people with training or should you keep close to the workforce?
- If applicable, what message accompanied your broadcast to freeze recruitment? How was perceived?
- How comfortable are your employees with the news and what’s followed over the last month or so?
- How invested are your employees? Will they search for greener grass or are they on PDP’s and a path to greatness?
As part of our ongoing interest in the market, we positively encourage companies to communicate the right messages to retain talent and embrace the questions you sometimes don’t want to ask due to being fearful of the answer.
