Post Apocalyptic Refinery - Breakdown - Unreal Engine 5

This time I will breakdown one of my latest project.

Over 90+ packed level actors that help to speed up level creation.

Meshes are instanced to save draw calls as much as possible. Nanite is used as much as possible.

Pipe maker 2.0 allows to construct different type of piping.

Door system works pretty well with Lumen to let light in to scatter indirect lighting.

Pillar system makes it easy to construct ladders, tanks and vertical structures.

Scattering system helps to scatter meshes that can be then turned into packed level actors.

Splines are always helpful for this kind of things.

Wire system can construct wires between actors and trace against the environment.

Stair system makes it easy to handle stairs. Everything is using simple blueprint logic.

Nanite, Lumen and World Partition is used to keep performance optimal.
