Is it possible to give tailor made Education?

I came across this comment on the famous song by Pink Floyd, "Another Brick in the Wall". We don't need no education is not a slogan by children against education, it is cry by the students, for getting the same instructions, without considering the differences in #understanding and #interests . If there is static communication in teaching, then the differences between the personality of #students could result in more damaging dissents, which are usually detectable later in life.

Around 2500 years back, Adi Shankaracharya in his commentaries has written thus, " Even in the world, from among a group of students listening to a #teacher some students may grasp correctly, some wrongly, some just the opposite, while some fail to grasp anything at all"

This maybe true in school education, where mostly we transfer information, but when "learning about how to keep learning constantly", as in personality development this difference is diluted, because here the training is about finding unity by being aware of the differences and manifesting strength from within.
