BE THE POSSIBILITY PART 1

BE THE POSSIBILITY PART 1

BE THE POSSIBILITY PART 1 (LAST CHANCE?@?$197!)

Yesterday, Ciara, our Creating Director, asked me why I wanted to mention the launch of my next Master's Circle in our email footer since it's a program by invitation only.?

In response, I shared with her the story of hiring my first coach...

When I decided I wanted to become a coach, I looked into who was the best coach in the world. At that point, I determined it must be Tony Robbins since he was the most famous. The limit on my credit cards was nowhere near the $1,000,000 fee he was charging at the time, however, so I started looking for other ways to work with him. I didn't want to 'work my way' up the coaching ladder. I wanted to start at the top...meaning I wanted to get as close to the people at the top as I could and emulate what they were doing.

This is how I've always learned. In every industry, I've sought the best and got as close to them as possible for as much time and as often as possible. I engage in dialogue with them and I witness them in dialogue and slowly, I become like them.

It's my willingness to lose myself in the emulation that has me grow quickly.

My willingness comes from a non-attachment to what 'my personal approach' is.?

And this non-attachment comes, largely, from a trust that if I allow myself to lose myself in being like another person, in time, what isn't true for me will fall away like old snakeskin, and what will stay is the essence of myself, adapted and improved by what I've learned.?

I am honored when people say to me that I am like Tony Robbins, John Wineland, Rich Litvin, Steve Hardison, my mother, father, or anyone else I've been mentored by and look to for possibility.?

I hope I die an amalgamation of all the greatest humans who have come before me.

But I digress...

By not sacrificing my commitment to learning from the best when I realized that Tony Robbins was going to require more funds than I had the resourcefulness to access at the time, I created another way.

I discovered that Tony's son, Jairek, had recently left working for his father and started his own coaching company. Thinking this would get me close to the source for less money, I reached out to Jairek asking to talk with him about coaching.

Quickly I received a cordial reply from one of his sales reps apologizing that Jairek's coaching roster was already full but that they'd put me on their waiting list and would reach out when they had space.

My response was straightforward and immediate:

"What needs to happen for my name to go at the top of the list?"

I heard back from the rep the next day saying Jairek was interested in my response and the rep offered me a time to speak.?

A week later, and with a maxed-out credit card, Jairek was my coach.?

This, I explained to Ciara, is why I want to mention Master's Circle in the footer of every email I send even though it's by invitation-only.

As a way of managing my time to focus on creating myself, my family, and my clients, I create a world where I am accessible yet unavailable to most people who fall outside of those three categories.?

What results is that I only end up being with people outside of those categories who ask for something that is supposedly unavailable.?

By setting a high bar for people, I create a possibility that calls out their power.?

By telling you something is invite-only, I create the possibility that if you want to join us, then you'll be who and what you need to be to create your way in any way.?

How does this relate to Alles, you wonder?

Stay tuned for my second article later today where I'll explain.

And if you want to join us at Alles on Friday next week...note that today is the last day for the early bird price of $197.?
