Hi there,

Happy March! My first week of March wasn't great. It was very difficult especially because I let my negative emotions control me. But I woke up yesterday determined to move on from the experience and find the positive side of me again. In that spirit, I have decided to rename my newsletter "Positivity At Any Age" and I am committed to embodying that idea because I know and appreciate my worth.

2. WHAT TO TELL MYSELF WHEN I'M FEELING DISCOURAGED

• This is tough but so am I.
• I may not be able to control this situation but I am in charge of how I respond.
