Positiveness

Positiveness

It has been brought to my attention that I tend to concentrate a lot on the drawbacks of Agile adoptions and the unethical behaviours observed all around the world.

My goal has always been to communicate the stark truth of change in the corporate world without any sugar coating. I don't wish to minimise Agile, Lean, Kaizen, or any other frameworks, methodologies, or attitudes in any way. The exact opposite. I adore everything, and the reason I present it in its entirety is because I love it with all of my cognitive cells.

I do recognise the source of those voices. I am aware that many people may not be aware of the murky, muddy, and unclean seas in which Agile now dwells. Some people would rather concentrate on those success stories, despite the fact that they may seem rare; rather, we simply don't examine and look at them as frequently as we do the failures.

I'm going to start a new series of posts that won't simply focus on the bad stuff because I think we need to be more optimistic about the world around us (I promise I'm a really positive person in real life).

In the near future, I will present some of my findings from my research on Agile in the natural world. In the meanwhile, if there are any specific subjects you would like to talk about, please let me know. I enjoy rambling on about Agile, people, change, and everything in between, and I am always looking for a deep conversation.

Enjoy life, be kind to one another, keep healthy, and stay safe!
