Positive Perception
Welcome back to the 2nd edition of Positivity, Prayer, and PEO!
I am thankful you are here.
This week we are going to drilldown how your perception affects your action.
Let's start by defining it.
per·cep·tion / p?r?sepSH(?)n/
noun
Your perception IS your reflection. The good news is that you can change whatever perception you currently have of yourself.
A NEW perception requires SELF-Reflection.
The notion of mind spinning, in my opinion, can often be misunderstood or misconstrued.
It can be a detriment, but it can also be a positive.
For conversations sake, we can label this mind spinning as "busyness".
I know for myself...some of my best work comes from the midst of total chaos levels of busy.
Like for example the...'if one more phone call comes in right now I'm going to lose it type of levels.'
?? I can feel overwhelmed, anxious, or angry when its happening, but at the end of those days...most of the time there are more W's on the scorecard than L's.
I have learned and am also still learning to be grateful for those days.
In those moments I have come to realize that I am actually more MICRO-FOCUSED on each task in order to prevent the wheels flying off! This also comes from a lot of help from a 'woosahhhh' and practicing breathing exercises ??.

When unforeseen obstacles are thrown into our lives, the 'enemy' disguises them as distractions and he is GOOD at it. Usually by utilizing similar tactics that have worked on us in the past.
You know...the red guy on the other shoulder.
God, however, made us in his image. He calls us to be resilient, steadfast, faithful, and understanding.
He provides perspective through awareness if you will let him.
God can snap his fingers on a renewing of your mind. He can reframe the chaos from what normally are perceived obstacles...instead to be now perceived as spiritual stepping stones leading towards your next victory.
Keep up the victorious vibe. Keep seeking the W's even when you are collecting L's.
As Gary Vaynerchuk has said, “I spent all my time in the clouds or the dirt and that is why I think I’m successful. Ignore everything in the middle.”
Keep saying good things to the reflection in the mirror, both morning and night every day.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
Colossians 3:23-24 NIV
