Education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Unfortunately, many communities around the world lack access to quality education and the resources needed to succeed in the 21st century. That's where SOLS Foundation comes in.

SOLS Foundation is a non-profit organisation that is committed to empowering the B40 Youths and the Underserved Communities in Malaysia. With a focus on providing access to education, technology, and employment opportunities, we aim to address the root causes of poverty and make education accessible to all.

Through our holistic and innovative approach that combines non-formal education, vocational training, and community development, we have a significant impact on education and empowerment in Malaysia and beyond.?

Our mission is to equip the B40 with knowledge, skills and motivation,?moving them out of poverty towards middle class through education, training, personal development and employment support.

Our foundation's various programs and services have touched the lives of thousands of people and have helped to create a positive and lasting impact in the communities it serves.

The TVET Academy is a course on students who wish to or are currently pursuing their TVET studies. We aim to equip TVET graduates with skills to choose, win the right course, succeed in jobs and build progressive careers that allow them to grow in their career pathway.

The Solar Academy is a unique program that provides training in solar pv technology, giving individuals the skills and knowledge needed to become solar pv technicians or work in the renewable energy industry.?

Skills Hub is SOLS Foundation's online training platform which offers courses in three different impact areas: Hard Skills (such as English and Digital Skills), Life Skills and Professional and Personal Development. It comprises of courses such as communication skills, learning and developing, career progression and more. The program is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in employment, particularly in underserved communities where traditional education and training opportunities may be limited.

In addition to these programs, SOLS Foundation also offers community development projects, entrepreneurship training, and youth empowerment programs that are designed to address the root causes of poverty and social inequality.

Through these programs and services, we have made a significant impact on education and empowerment in Malaysia and beyond. To date, the organisation has trained over 75,000 individuals, providing them with the skills and resources needed to build successful careers and create positive change in their communities.

But our impact goes beyond just the numbers. Our organisation's holistic and innovative approach to education and empowerment has created real, tangible change in the lives of individuals and communities across Southeast Asia. From providing solar energy to rural villages to empowering young entrepreneurs to start their own businesses, we are making a difference in the world.

We have also formed partnerships and collaborations with other organisations to achieve common goals and create greater impact. For example, the foundation has partnered with Meta by Facebook to run Meta Boost - a free digital training program specifically designed for small business owners and micro-entrepreneurs in Malaysia.

Meta Boost provides participants with essential digital skills and knowledge, including social media marketing, and e-commerce strategies. Through this program, we are helping to empower small business owners and underserved communities with the tools they need to succeed in today's digital world.

We believe that access to education and digital skills is a fundamental right, and we're proud to be working with Meta to create opportunities for those who need them the most.?
