Yet, school climate is often the most overlooked metric when trying to boost outcomes.

Do students feel safe and supported??

Do teachers feel valued and heard??

These emotional and relational factors have a direct impact on the numbers that matter most: test scores, attendance, retention rates, and even behavior.

  3. Promote Collaboration -A school climate where collaboration thrives is one where success follows. Give teachers the space and opportunities to work together and share ideas, fostering a supportive community.
  4. Focus on Safety and Inclusivity -Students and staff need to feel safe and included to do their best work. Address issues like bullying and exclusion head-on to build a welcoming environment for all.
