Material Handler Sales Manager?
?
Responsibilities
1. Sales and marketing of Material Handler machines in the?UK and Ireland. Initiate and implement the sales plan and strategies for the market.
2. Manage the Sales & Operational planning process
3. Ensure budgets and targets are tracked and achieved
4. Ensure the appropriate aftermarket resources are in place to support the customer base
5. Work with dealers and?customers and expand new market segments
6. Organize marketing events to promote brand and product awareness
7. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
8. Close cooperation with the R&D?team on product development, including organizing benchmarking and creating product feedback reports.
9. Manage and support specific dealers on all SANY Products as required

Qualifications
1. Solid sales experience in construction machinery sales with a thorough understanding of Material Handlers
2. Established relationships with customers within the waste management and scrap handling sectors
3. Good technical understanding of market and machine requirements within the recycling industry
4. Dealer management experience
5. Excellent technical and analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset
6. Open-minded personality, strong communicator and?a team player
7. Extensive travel across the UK including the occasional trip to China
8. Full and valid UK driving license
9. IT Literate with a strong grasp of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
10. Ideally have completed an accredited degree in one of the following: Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.

SANY offer competitive rates of pay with generous holiday and pension provisions. Laptop, phone and car allowance will also be provided.

8. Close cooperation with the R&D?team on product development, including organizing benchmarking and creating product feedback reports.
