Client Spotlight:?Creating a Site to See for Clinical Research Diversity ?

Acclinate’s mission is centered on increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical trial participant pools, and its NOWINCLUDED community-based engagement platform is a critical tool in this work. However, in 2023 a Spot On assessment uncovered a disconnect between the visuals on Acclinate’s main website and the image projected by NOWINCLUDED. ?

To resolve this issue, Spot On’s design team created a plan to clearly show how Acclinate’s software, services, and goals intersect and used agile methodology to update and relaunch the home, “how it works,” and demo pages on an accelerated, nimble timeline.?

In the end, they delivered a full website revamp, led by dynamic new home and solutions pages that better capture all that Acclinate offers.
