?2023 was a year of record-breakers and major milestones and we enter 2024 from a position of strength. Most recently, we welcomed our largest campus hiring class ever in Atlanta -- 108 new team members all started their career journey on the same day. We also celebrated the opening of a new office space in Utrecht, Netherlands. And our hiring is not slowing down. From architects to analysts, co-ops to coders, we hire software and technology pros at every level.

Returning to Manhattan Feels Like Home

I first joined the Manhattan family in 2004 as an Accounts Payable Assistant. After welcoming my second child in 2017, I decided to take a break to focus on my family.

In 2023, I felt the pull to return to Manhattan. I'm so glad I did! It was incredible to see so many familiar faces from my earlier years here, like reuniting with old friends. The company has also grown so much, and it's exciting to see all the new faces as well.

Being Organized and Dedicated Makes a Difference

In my role, there are always deadlines to meet, so staying organized is key. In 2014, I became a certified finance professional by earning my AAT qualification. I'm also on the path to achieving my ACCA certification, with just one final qualification to go! Balancing work, family, and studies requires dedication, but I'm determined to reach my goals.

Manhattan Supports Growth and Development

I truly appreciate the supportive work environment we have here at Manhattan. The company encourages its employees to continue learning and growing in their careers, something I value greatly. I'm dedicated to my role and excited to see where my journey takes me within the company.

Finding Balance Outside the Office

When I'm not working, I prioritize spending quality time with my family. I also love staying active and participating in half marathons to keep myself motivated. Being outdoors, especially on sunny days, always brings me joy.

I'm thrilled to be back at Manhattan and look forward to contributing to the company's continued success!

Thriving in a Collaborative Environment

Since joining the Sydney PSO team as a graduate hire in 2023, I've embraced the supportive and collaborative environment at Manhattan. Despite coming from a non-supply chain background, I've found the learning curve incredibly rewarding. My eagerness to learn and absorb new knowledge has been a constant source of personal and professional growth.

Leveraging Skills and Seeking Growth

My IT degree provided me with a strong foundation of technical skills that I readily apply to my role. Beyond utilizing my existing knowledge, the continuous learning opportunities at Manhattan are incredibly exciting. This, combined with the company's commitment to R&D, allows me to stay current and contribute effectively.

A Passion for Technology and Teamwork

My interest in technology fuels my drive to work at a company like Manhattan, and I enjoy utilizing my people skills within a collaborative team environment. Even while learning the ropes, I take initiative and actively seek out ways to enhance my supply chain expertise beyond office hours through additional research.

Life Beyond the Office

Outside of work, I'm an active individual who enjoys exploring the Australian outdoors with friends, whether it's parks, bushwalking, or playing football. Balancing work and personal interests is important, and my creative side finds an outlet in designing games with friends (leveraging my minor in gaming). Having moved to Australia for studies, I've also developed a passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipes from around the world.
