Office Manager
Non-exempt, Full-time, Union
Department:?Positive Health Solutions (PHS)
Schedule:?Monday – Friday, First Shift, 37.5 hours
Brief Description:?? The Office Manager is responsible for anticipating and providing highly specialized administrative support to PHS leadership including detailed reporting for compliance and 340B program management. The position assist with and provides administrative support for the Ryan White Service Report (RSR) program. The position will require an in-depth knowledge of various policies, procedures, programs and office software packages while utilizing discretion and good judgement. The position works under the direction of the Senior Business Manager.
