My Portfolio Career Journey

I've been experimenting with a portfolio career for quite some time now, and here’s it looks for me:

• Trainer for organizations: Helping teams thrive with practical skills.
• Career coach: Guiding individuals to unlock their full potential.
• Workshop facilitator: Designing impactful sessions for growth and learning.
• Public speaker: Inspiring audiences to take bold steps.
• Retreat host: Creating transformative experiences for women seeking purpose and connection.
• Recruiter: Looking for highly skilled candidates for very specific roles in startups, while exploring technological developments in the recruitment field that allow me to better help my individual clients

One example? Last September, I was invited to Pristina, Kosovo ????, to lead capacity building workshops for 100 journalists from around the world ??. We’re diving into the challenges of disinformation in the media—a crucial and complex topic.

What keeps me energized? Traveling to new places ??, meeting inspiring minds ??, and contributing to positive global change ??—all while earning an income. That’s Ikigai in action. ??
