My experience with them has been the worst imaginable. First, they lost my carton. After a lot of discussions they agreed to compensate for their mistake. However, 10days after receiving the compensation, they suddenly contacted me to say they found my carton. Since then, they have been harassing me to refund the compensation amount in exchange for my carton. When they initially informed me that my carton was missing, I used the compensation to replace the lost items. Now, they want me to repay the amount, leaving me to bear the loss since the items I purchased cannot be returned. I’ve also expressed my concerns about the personal documents in that carton, which could be misused by Porter. Yet, they seem unconcerned about my privacy & security, focusing solely on their finances. This situation has caused me significant mental distress. I feel like my personal information is at risk. I am prepared to take legal action against Porter for fraud, theft, and mental harassment, and I will expose their true nature on public platforms to ensure others know the truth about their practices.

MY 8 PCS ARE MISSING. Here attaching the picture of the package, we handed over to your porter driver which is perfectly sealed packed at the time of handing over. And a video attached which show this package delivered by porter driver in open manner. He has lost our 8 pcs which is worth INR 96000/- Kindly advise recovery of the same ON MOST URGENT BASIS I will lodge a police complaint against your company in case of any delay in your action, I need my 8 pcs back as delay in submission of these 8 pcs there is a huge repercussion involving higher money.
