How often should you wash your pillowcase? At least once a week in hot ?? water ?? to kill dust mites and remove oil. If you have acne prone, sensitive or oily skin then you should wash your pillowcase 2-3 times a week.

Use a detergent ?? that is gentle such as one that is free of dye and skip the fabric softener because it can leave oil residue. No need for extra oil, right? When was the last time you changed your pillowcase? ?
