Under the auspices of the NMPA's CSR initiative for waste management, Dr.Hareesh Joshy has introduced vermicompost to the township, transforming waste into a valuable resource for the community. In our childhood, we learned about earthworms as the farmer's best friend, but with the rise of chemical sprays and pesticides, their population has dwindled. However, Dr.Hareesh's work reminds us of the crucial role these silent doctors play in keeping Mother Earth's fertility and health.

The science behind vermicompost goes beyond just recycling waste.
