The vision of Ponsonby Chambers is to be a legal life line for members of the public to access information to make informed decisions regarding all court, tribunal and government agency matters.

This is the first publicly available resource that combines legal resources WITH mental health solutions in a “mental health hub” with referrals to credible providers of varying scopes of practice from counselling, art therapy, personal training, nutrition with affordable and accessible options to regulate, heal and process trauma to be able to respond to court proceedings in the safest, most cost effective and time efficient way.

Founder, Tanya Dunstan, is a fitness and business professional by Trade earning recognition for her sporting ability and business development with her start up “XL Personal Training” company in Australia which gained national recognition as a 2017 industry leader with AUS reps for state winners of Norther territory in 2 categories: active achieving and community initiative for fundraising for “Movember mens health.”

In 2018 Tanya Dunstan earned international recognition as a body transformation specialist showcasing her capacity to guide clients through 30,60,90 day transformations and up to 2year transformations proving her approach was a lifestyle change NIT a fad diet.?

The success of these transformations is attributed to a more informed approach of foundations for people including ing the synergy between physical health, nutritional health and emotional health.?

In 2018 Tanya Dunstan embarked on a human rights journey to explore injustices and begin regulating a seemingly unregulated judicial system of New Zealand.?

Her track record of successful cases to date include:?

[2022]NZCA477- 12 Oct 2022 [2023]NZCA15 14 Feb 2023 [2022] NZHC 3308 justice Lang 12 December 2022 [2023] NZHC 2742 justice Anderson 29 September 2023 CIV-2024-404-300 Justice Brewer 15 May 2024 JUSTICE GRAU 7 MARCH 2024-

CRI 2018 043 00 2111 DISMISSED WITHOUT CONVICTION- JUDGE JOHNS 3 MAY 2019

CRI 2019 092 00 6687 DISMISSED JUDGE FIELDING 14 JAN 2020

Bizarrely New Zealand courts won’t release any of these successful cases to the public (citing name suppression but failing to anonymise any names IF required- all cases listed above are NOT family court proceedings and do not have name suppression in place.?

Of greatest achievement is case number [2023]NZCA15 which comprised of 5 separate case numbers amounting to a 17.5 case appeal. CA431/2022 CA449/2022 CA552/2022 CA556/2022 CA452/2022

Pending recognition from the Guinness Works Records for the most separate appeals won in one case by one person.?

On 14 February 2023, 17 cases were remitted back to Auckland high court setting aside justice Jagoses unlawful strike outs. The .5 case pertained to a “tort of professional negligence” against New Zealand Law society. The unlawful restriction imposed by Kit Toogood was deemed unlawful as set aside (para 51 of his decision) however costs were awarded against Ms Dunstan and the strike out of her claim remained.[2021]NZHC 2080

On 7 march 2023 an independent review of the law society was released confirming the law society was “not fit for purpose” and failed in regulating its members- which was the basis of the tort of professional negligence filed against them.

Tanya Dunstan has also been successful in an appeal against Ministry of Social Development under SA92/2022 on 7 July 2023 with reasonable disbursements awarded and a finding she had fled New Zealand for safety reasons in 2021.?

Currently Tanya Dunstan has over 70 cases indefinitely stayed pending the removal of an s166 restraint under appeal by CA667/2023 and has spent the past 6 years learning about legislation and practical application of the laws and how agencies work to be able to share this insight with the public and those most at risk of human rights violations and abuse.

Currently Tanya Dunstan has been working on petitions for: 1. Judges to be independently regulated in New Zealand, as deemed by the public FOR the public 2. For children in New Zealand to have legally recognised rights from birth not just age 16 (as per s21 Human Rights Act 1993) 3. For the prohibited grounds of discrimination under Human Rights Act 1993 to be expanded to all forms of discrimination and include occupation, personality type and culture.

Tanya’s passion for human rights, justice and equity fuels her purpose to help others stand up and speak out about misconduct and abuse of power. She lives by the mantra: “Turn your swords into words and change the world” “I hold a firm belief that when you are honest and empowered with knowledge, you can speak with conviction and you will be successful, regardless of how many obstacles are put before you!”

Ponsonby Chambers is the disruptive the legal system needed for members of the public to have a voice and be heard, without being taken advantage of by a minority who abused their access to information making justice un affordable and inaccessible. This monopoly of court only being accessible with solicitors has now been shattered- Ponsonby Chambers is blazing a trail for everyone to know their human rights and have avenues available to advocate for them in a safe and effective way.?

This movement has been gaining traction on an international platform with the linked in account reaching support world wide across several reputable legal groups with an organic reach of over 12,000 in months. LinkedInhttps://www.dhirubhai.net/in/tazxlpt
