Polyflow vs Cut and Thread
How many of you remember the good old days of cutting and threading for fluid installations? You polyflow kids have no idea how good you have it. The first gang-truck I worked on had a 3 inch nipple welded on the out side hub of the rear axle. It was used for cutting and threading flowline installations. Polyflow, geez and pumpers even cover their whole lease on a PC. What the heck is this oilfield coming to?!! The next thing you know the roustabout gang will use a PC to paint tank batteries and put up fences.
Ohh I see a cartoon.
The next few weeks will be CRUDE oldies. I am working to finish the 2016 CRUDE Calendar which is not a big deal in itself, but I am also working full time as well.
The rest of the new 2016 CRUDE Calendar Cartoons will only be available through the 2016 Calendar. It is my attempt to control the cartoons, after all as soon as they are on the internet they are free game. In case anybody is wondering, I do not make one penny off the 35 newspapers, 3 magazines and numerous websites and safety newsletters that use them. My only revenue is off the calendar sales. I just trust the industry to show me the respect I attempt to show the industry through my cartoons.
May your boots be dry, your coffee fresh and your gloves new. Kybree.
