Dosage and usage

1. According to different application systems, it is suggested to add 4-6% Filler, 3-5% Color Masterbatch and 0.5-1% PVC to the product;

2. Usually, it can be added directly, and the pre dispersion treatment is carried out by high-speed mixing and stirring, and the appropriate temperature and time are controlled to obtain the best pre dispersion effect;

3. The coating or ink shall be treated by dispersion or grinding, and then the wax powder shall be made into 20-30% wax slurry by using grinder or high shear dispersion equipment under appropriate process conditions, and then added according to the required proportion.

4. For other industries, please refer to the processing characteristics of the industry to determine the best adding time and use method.

Package/ Storage:

The product is white flake, uniform in appearance and characteristics, in line with the standard. It is packed in 25 kg paper plastic composite bags or woven bags and transported in the form of pallets, 40 bags for each pallet, with a net weight of 1000 kg. It is packed in extended packages outside.
