Product Introduction 

XS PCE 199 (slump retention type) is a new excogitate environmental polycarboxylate superplasticizer. It is benefit for low slump concrete and concrete of losing slump rapid. Greatly enhance plasticity of concrete. It is yellowish viscous liquid, non- toxic, non-hazardous, and non-corrosive. 

Principle Of Function 

Molecular main chain of polycarboxylate high performance water reducer is firmly adsorbed on surface of cement granule where can efficiently counteract hydration reaction and increase its plasticity. Branched chain surround cement granule having sterically hindered and electrostatic exclusion function which is different from conventional imparts excellent dispersing ability and effect of water reducing which make integrative characteristics of concrete improve greatly. 

Production Characteristic 

1. Good slump retention ability: Delaying time of transporting concrete and time of detention at construction site, guarantee concrete pumpability. 

2. Slow release: It is low initial water reduction and high later, it has excellent dispersion for cement. It can keep concrete good slump retention during 1-3 hours. 

3. Special adaptability: It can be widely used in premix of common concrete, gushing concrete, high strength and durability concrete. 

4. High strength gained rate: Greatly increasing early and after strength, reducing energy loss.

5. It can be used by mixing WR PCE together to reach the requirements of client.

(High Water reducing Type)

The mother liquor of XS-101 polycarboxylic acid water reducer (high water reducing type) is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid series high performance water reducer, which is composed of polyoxylene ether macromonomer, unsaturated acid and sulfonic acid monomer by free radical polymerization. The product has very high water reduction rate and low slump loss performance, which can ensure the high water reduction rate needed for the preparation of concrete, and can be widely used in pumping concrete, superfluous self-compacting, high strength and high performance concrete and commercial concrete.

  The product has a comb-shaped structure, and a long-chain and high-density sulfonic acid group with a longer length is adopted in the molecule, so that the product has a larger steric hindrance effect and an electrostatic repulsive force, and provides greater dispersibility and higher water-reducing rate for the cement.
