The need to know is as addictive as Maverick's need for speed.?

Like any addiction the highs are high, and the lows are low.?Impacting your life, your leadership, and the lives of those around you.?

It’s a regular theme I help my clients understand and unpack.?The insights that are connected to our individual situations follow a similar thread.?

All begin with the unrealistic and at times debilitating expectation that we need to have all the answers.??

Spoiler alert - We don't!?

D was struggling with a lack of momentum and feeling stuck, the goal was to get clarity on the next steps and create a plan to implement over the coming weeks.?

We took the scenic route, to get to the heart of the issue:?And got there faster.?

???????????????? ???????? ?????? ?????????????????????? ????????????????: ???????? ???? ?????????? ?????????? ??????????.

Produced fertile ground for discovery and understanding.?D was able to quickly trace the source of ‘stuckness’ to the belief:?

í need to know all the answers.?

There was a lot of gratification in arriving at meetings prepared with the answers.?The feeling of achievement, relevance, feeling validated and useful.?Like a double espresso, the hit felt good.?The resulting crash post adrenal surge, less so.?

???????? ???? ?????????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ???????????? ?????? ????????????????????.

Unpacking decades of deep-rooted beliefs equating a lack of knowledge to powerlessness, shame and ridicule.?D was able to chart the moments where knowledge was used as a power play.

This was the unconscious leadership model that still held its grip.?Anchoring a set of beliefs that to be successful, to belong and to lead you had to know the answers.??

???????? ?????? ?????? ?????????? ???????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????????????

With a simple timeline exercise, we were able to pinpoint the birth of this belief and bring compassion and understanding for D's younger self.??

????????’?? ?????? ???????? ???? ???????? ???????????? ???? ??????, ???????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ?????????????????????????

The list was long.?And the best part was helping D to remove the shackles of having to know the answers, replacing them with a healthier framework. The result opened up a world of potential for D and the people under their leadership.?

Results are fast-tracked when working with an experienced coach.?
