POWER OUTAGE IS NOT AN OPTION Eliminate Losses of power production-turnover-maintenance costs, overcome the challenges of polluted insulators, and improve power production efficiency and distribution reliability.
ENERGIZED POLLUTED INSULATORS WASHING SYSTEM SOLVES THE PROBLEM OF TRANSMISSION TOWERS INSTALLED IN LOCATIONS NOT SERVED BY ACCESS ROADS.
The Hybrid energized polluted insulators washing system solves the problem of transmission towers installed in locations not served by access roads.
The HYBRID washing system design integrates the mobile pumper truck with fixed rigid piping system installed on each transmission tower.
The mobile washer shall be parked at approximately 100 m distance from towers and once the flexible hose mounted on the mobile washer is connected to the quick coupler fixed at each tower base, multiple insulators are simultaneously washed.
Picture shows a pumper truck parked outside rice fields. Connecting the flexible hose to the quick coupler mounted at the tower base and starting the motor-pump, all insulators will be washed in minutes.
The pumper truck does not require specialized personnel (Such as qualified crane operators and staff properly trained to operate from ground with joysticks or from platforms, etc.)
ALL INSULATORS INSTALLED in one standard tower are cleaned in minutes (Time is depending on the tower’s configuration, elevation, etc.).
The Hybrid washing system maintenance solution, minimize the investment in equipment such as the investment required in heavy off-road vehicles with cranes suitable for washing insulators installed at remarkable heights.

Preventive maintenance of energized polluted insulators, is one of the main factors causing leakage currents, flashovers, costly interruption and power outages.
