"Pollination day" - International Sales Team meeting

It is with great pleasure that I want to share the happening of the successful event held in Capardoni on March 15th with all our excellent International Sales Team. Many thanks to Chris, Geo, Nedim, Anja, Christine, Rosa, Mauro, Rebecca and Michael (named as per the order around the table) for having attended it with all your positive energy to make this first time ever meeting a milestone event in the Capardoni history. A strong Team to build not just a long business fruitful partnership but also a Family environment to feel appreciated in good time and supported in not so good time. I strongly believe that the successful of a business is deeply related to the close connection within people having the same vision and sharing the same value: Capardoni Family is just that! We have started the “getting together and knowing each other” the previous evening with a delicious dinner buffet in a very nice and relaxed atmosphere. The day after, March 15th, we just started to learn more about Capardoni and its Group of Companies, involvement in all different Markets, Capardoni’s strenght – weakness – opportunities – threats, new designed Web page, new improved Catalogue and about each other contribution to the future joint growth as well as building strong foundation for further developments. Future ahead of us is not easy, competition is strong and Customers' expectation high …… never as now I am confident that this Team is well equipped for any challenges that the business will bring us.
