This might sting ?? a little but It is a much-needed topic to discuss! I don't know about you but I have seen far more physical fights?"I mean straight up brawls" in the sports arena than I ever have in the political arena. Based on Statistics, you are more likely?to get into a fight?at sporting events than at debate. People seem to be able to hold their composure just fine when rooting for different teams within the office. Yet, all of a sudden politics become offensive?

Now if you catch coworkers at the game,?they will debate you all night until you agree to disagree. If you really?want to see a grown man cry, join in his golf conversation and start talking about politics while at the office. Let me simplify it for you if either of these topics hurt your feeling to the point where it makes your life miserable.

Then you are the problem in the workplace! In business anything goes but, you know what really causes problems? Weak-minded people that allow their emotions to control their lives. Negative emotions do not belong in business, especially?in sales which all companies have a sales team. If you or someone you know gets offended by someone's hobby, personal opinions, or political opinions. It may be time that you take a deep dive and conduct a self-analysis because a lack of emotional?control stems from a deep-rooted trauma. Get over it and don't ruin life for the rest of us! Just saying??Thought, questions/do you agree or disagree?

Most need to rethink their strategy, American was not built based on feelings! It was built by the tough, through blood sweet and tears.
