The Politics of Decision

This is a podcast that illustrates why drama is important. You can't get into corporate boards and witness real decision making without signing a stack of NDAs and acknowledging that you can't even think about the things that you see.

So how do you learn about high level decision making? How do appreciate those very human qualities of integrity, inventiveness, clarity, focus and creativity that are central to organizational work? With a dramatic educational podcast.

With this episode, the audio podcast How We Manage Stuff starts to probe the nature of organizational decisions. This series draws lessons mostly from Silicon Valley (and a bit from Detroit) but this episode starts on a playground in Brooklyn with cast members Zoe Anastassiou and Geoffrey Grier.
