In front of the huge Mass, there is a Stage. One Banner is hang on the wall with this Message, “Successfully formation of Constitution." Boys and Girls are holding National Flag on their hand, painted National flag on their cheek and cheer up for a new constitution. The entire well known Politician from all the parties are on the stage. They are verbally communicating and delivering the promises to do something more well in the further time. I am with the mass holding national flag on my hand. I start to talk one of my friends. “Look in the near future I will be a good leader of the nation. Those politicians on the stage are My Ideal." Suddenly our national

Anthem Sayou Thunga Phool ka Hami Eutai Mala Nepali .... started. I try to adjust my posture on the respect of national Anthem and I Fall down and found myself out of my bed. Oh…….. My God, that’s, I was dreaming!!!!!!. I look at the watch it was 2 AM. I thought when our constitution will be made and all the political instability will finished. Even those days could come, where all the new generation could proudly say “Politician is My Ideal." I tried to sleep because early morning I have to move to Kathmandu.

I wake up early morning did all my practice and moved to the Place called Purnabash from here I had to travel 6 Km in the local bus to reach a place called Bardaghat. Bardaghat is located on the lap of the hill and it’s a small town with all the advance technology and facilities. Mahendra Highway pass through here. After buy a bottle of water and newspaper, I was waiting for the bus in the bus stop. Bus came and I got on the bus. There was a gentleman who wears Daura Suruwal. One seat beside him was vacant. I reached near to him took permission to seat there. He replied me with the permission and I sat there. When I noticed him properly I recognized him. He was Mr. Ram Chhetri very famous youth politician from well known party. Bus was started in a slow motion because it had to pass through Daunne hill. Mostly I used to see him in TV’s interviews and Newspaper. Now he was beside me and it’s very uncomfortable to me. I wanted to talk with him, but I couldn't dare to speak a single word. So I started to read newspaper. Suddenly he said “Can I read your Newspaper, and I rapidly replied Yes Sure Sir." He took Newspaper and started to read. We reached the place called Daunne.

As I know Mr. Ram Chhetri, till the date no one has speaks for his bad attitude. His name does not yet involve in any corruption or any scam. He is a dynamic politician who can drive the nation to the proper way of Development. But Overall I hate entire politician including Mr. Ram. I hate all of them because, just for the small matter they announce for strike and protest. Strike and protest are not solutions for any issue. Politicians drive the general people in the wrong way and create a condition to protest in the name of caste, religion, gender, region and so on. Most of them are aware that this is not the right approach, but for a cheap publicity and personal benefit they create fake condition and make public move for the strike and protest. Just to show their opponent that the mass of the people follows principal of their party. Might they are unaware of that Strike and protest are the element which push the development back and drive the country to the civil war. One of the interesting facts is that we never ever heard or read any of the leading politicians injured because they participate in strike or protest. What does it mean? They are blessing from god that not to injure in any condition or they always escape from the physical participation. What I believe is that “Captain should lead from the front."

After half an hour Mr. Ram Chhetri returned newspaper. I could notice that his expression was changed and seen like angry young man. Finally, I dare to speak with him." Sir is there any things wrong, publish in the newspaper?" He didn't reply. I started to read the newspaper. I saw a unique topics "Antistrike Force” It was an Interview with a student. Interview was as exact given below.

Reporter: - Hi, What’s your good Name?

Student: - It's Rabin

Reporter: - What are your views about the Strike and protest (Nepal Banda)

Student: - It’s very bad practices. Strike and protest created problems for the general people but, unfortunately, it's done by the same mass. It creates a negative impression in the field of education and typically all the new generation learns the wrong way to build pressure on the government. It’s also making effect in the finance of the nation and mostly traveler, pilgrim, tourist are the main victim.

Reporter: - What could be done to prevent the nation from Strike and protest (Nepal Banda)?

Student: - There is a lot of ways. First general public and leader of the nation should have a willingness to quit the Strike and protest (Nepal Banda) and there is a Proverb "where there's a will there's a way."

Reporter: - Interesting, Could you share your ideas?

Students': - There are a lot of NGO and INGO which are working against the Strike and protest, but its irregular as part time for them. They are unable to reach the root level or the general public.

Reporter: - Could you elaborate it?

Student: - There should be an Agency or NGO which works only in this issue. They should have the capability to reach the root level (general public) and give the awareness against the Strike, protest, slogan, march and any of the violent activities. They should be capable of showing the appropriate example that how themselves are the victim of this types of activities.

Reporter: - Suppose you are a politician engaged in the party. At this condition, what you would have been done?

Students: - Thanks to god. Fortunately, I am not politician. First I would have been trying to convince my party member to ignore the violent activities like Strike, protest, slogan, March, etc. If they take my advice, I will remain collaborated with them and work against this types of activities.

Reporter: - If they wouldn't have taken your advice.

Student: - In this condition A...... If I was a politician and mass of the people follow my ideology. I would have introduced NGO named "Antistrike Force" which works only on these types of activities. The prime factors of these activities are not violent its speculation, knowledge and awareness.

Reporter: - Could you elaborate it?

Student: - I would have formation of communities in each and every VDC, Municipality and aware the citizens against Strike, protest, slogan, march, etc. and make them understand how themselves become a victim. If we are able to make them understand this simple logic then they will not participate on these types of activities. If any of the parties or agencies announces for Nepal Banda none of them will response on it and continue their regular activities. It means strike and protest are unsuccessful. If it’s not effective parties and agencies slowly known that it’s not gone work and they leave this types activities.

After finishing the interview article, I was reading the Sports News. Suddenly Bus stop might be we are about 3km far from Mungling. When my eyes move from newspaper to the front, I saw very long queue of the automobile (car, truck, bus, van, motorbike and so on). Lots of people were just rounding here and there. It was the month of chaitra. Sunny bright day so people were suffering form hot. Some of them were waving with handkerchief. Trying to save themselves from the bright sun. Now I knew that it was strike (Nepal Banda). I looked to Mr. Chhetri and told him, ‘’I think here is the demonstration of your teaching." he didn’t react. He moved front and to find the reason of the strike. I was beside him. People wanted to talk with him. He was trying to ignore them.Finally, we found the reason. It was, Nepal Police issue a letter for one of the parties member to report Police headquarters for inquiry and against this party announce Nepali Banda. It was not from Mr. Chhetri party. He tried to convince them to end the strike, but they reply him Please contact to the high command we are following the instruction. . Mr. Chhetri was talking with local political leader to find a solution for the issue his mobile ring …… (yo nepali shir uchali.. )

Now His expression changed from Angry young Man to Dev Dash means he seen very sad. He was in a rush.He couldn’t set stable. He was calling to someone.

Mr. Chhetri:- Hello Arjun "can you go to Teaching Hospita'l. Amar is admitted there. Just be there

Mr. Chhetri :- What just walk to there you can reach there within half an hour.

He communicate to the local Police and went from there. That strike continued up to 9 hours. 

After 6 Month 

I was looking Nepali news channel. At the end of the television screen, one news was broadcasting time by time in the bold letter. Don’t forget to watch the Exclusive Live interview with Mr. Ram Chhetri at 8:45 pm. My tension started here because the schedule matches with load shedding. I was trying to find the some solution finally I got it. One of my friend home they had Solar Power. I went to my friend home the interview started.

Suren:- Warm welcome to all the viewer today we have Mr. Ram Chhetri for the Exclusive Interview. WelCome sir.

Mr. Chhetri:- Thank You.

Suren:- No need any formal introduction of Mr. Chhetri so I’ll be straight to the point. Why is politics treated as a dirty game by the general public?

Mr. Chhetri: - Politicians have made it dirty. There are few honest people in this system, but they are often suppressed.

Suren:- Why don’t we change this corrupt system? Why don’t we at last make a start shotdown this nuisance? You are in the high post and have the power to do things.Why don’t you raise you voice against corruption and dishonesty.

Mr. Chhetri:- I don’t things anyone can shutdown it. If you want to make a start change all this. You need to be a powerful person with a strong base. Public awareness is the prime factor to shutdown the corruption. Public takes as headache for formalities and its easier them to put their hand to the pocket. So that day by day corruption is growing in alarming rate. Let's hope that our new Constitution will make strong laws against corruption. 

Suren:- While talking off Air you told that you are going to make a big announcement. What’s that? Could you focus in that topics?

After the question, Mr. Chhetri couldn’t speak. He bows down his head and trying to clear his eyes. After about 3 minutes.

Mr. Chhetri: - Sorry I got little emotional because of the question. Six month back I was coming from Butwal to Kathmandu. My car got some major problem in Engine. So I travel throw the public bus. One boy got on the bus from the place called Bardaghat and he took permission to set on the seat beside me. He got a newspaper, I borrowed that newspaper. While reading that newspaper. I saw a unique Topics "Antistrike Force”. I read that. (Mr.Chhetri gives all details of that Interview. ). I got angry because of that interview. I thought that new generation take everything so simple and give nonsense statement. While returning the newspaper the boy beside me he ask me is there any things wrong public but I didn’t reply him. After few time, We are near the mungling. UnFortunately, there was Strike. I was trying to clear up the problem. I got call it was from Teaching hospital and one of my close friends was admited there. He got accident because of the strike. We lost him being late to the hospital because of an obstacle for transportation. I dodn’t want it to recur again same incident with any friend or family So that I am going to introduce a NGO work against the Strike named "Antistrike Force" the main task of the NGO is to public awareness against the Strike.

Suren:- So all the principle of the NGO will be as that student Interview.

Mr. Chhetri:- Yes but I will take some expert advice on it.

While leaving to my home I thought if we have some more politicians like Mr Chhetri. Then undoubtedly those days are not far when new generation can say that "Politician is My Ideal." With the example of Mr. Chhetri I can say Proudly "Politician is My Ideal."
