Politically Motivated Sex Education Harms Your Child

Imagine that it's late afternoon and your little Johnny has just come home from school. He proudly announces that he's learned how to do "plus"! You're impressed. He then tells you that "2 + 2 = 7." You feign a smile. After all, he's still working on mastering addition. A moment later, your phone starts to ring. You answer and ironically, it's Johnny's math teacher. She tells you how proud she is of your son. He was the first child in the class to realize that 2 + 2 = 7. Now you worry.

What if the reason that your son's math teacher was giving over incorrect information was because she felt that when it comes to numbers, we shouldn't dictate or limit choices? I would image that you would be calling the school the next morning to have a word with the principal. 

So, how about this: go onto Planned Parenthood's website and find the teen information section. Then, select the subsection on birth control. I entered information as a 16 year old girl who was interested in what contraceptive would not minimize pleasure, be easy to keep private and easy to use. I did answer that "she" was in a "serious romantic relationship." A few questions later and "she" was advised to use a hormone based contraceptive with no STD preventive qualities. By the way, they didn't even ask if either partner had previously been sexually active with anyone else.
