Are the policies implemented by clients have an adverse impact on hiring the best talent in the current market.

We all know that most companies have a PSL in place for helping to fill roles, but is that always the best policy?? Is a PSL list restricting the client hiring the best talent?

?

I know many a client that doesn’t use specialist agencies to hire and I wonder if that is the right action to be taking??

?

Most CEO’s believe or should believe that the workforce is the most important part of any business, so are these restrictive measures potentially stopping the hiring of top talent and just hiring a bum on a seat.

?

Don’t get me wrong, I know many a business that works with specialist agencies for specialist roles, so kudos to you, but is a bum on a seat really driving the commercial success required by the business.

?

Just a thought in my head that for some reason decided to post – not a negative post just curious as to what others think
