Poles know how to code!

In the first place, Poles would like to code, and this emerges from Google search data. Google search data (searching all languages) was used to establish the annual search volume (October 2021 to October 2022) of ‘how to be a [job]’ (or similar associated with desired new job or career) per every country in the world. The most searched-for job was then used as the top career for the specific country. In Poland Developer's career is winning.

Then you might probably hear about OpenAI's CEO & Co-founder Sam Altman's opinion on Polish Developers. If not -- please look here, below.

I don't know what Poland does as a culture and a system to create such incredible engineering and research talent and develop such rigor crucial to OpenAI's success, but it has a quite remarkable impact. -- Sam Altman

In OpenAI out of the first 50 engineers hired, 10 were Poles (incl. Co-founder Wojciech Zaremba).

??

Also please see another opinion, that personally for me, is very important. It is the quote of Fetcherr 's CEO & Co-founder Roy Cohen .

When planning the growth of our R&D team, I knew I would need to have the team not only in Tel Aviv. I am so glad I choose Warsaw as our second R&D location. The contribution of Polish developers to our product is tremendous. -- Roy Cohen

In Fetcherr out of the first 60 engineers hired, 25 were Poles. And all of them were hired and settled for Fetcherr by speedapp .

So yes, Poles want to and know how to code!

Cool, we have great developers. It's just sad we're just a soruce of cheap labour for them. I'm still waiting for Polish unicorns to appear
