POLAND ANNOUNCES NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR WORK VISA APPLICATIONS FROM 26-06-2024

As of June 26, 2024, all applications for Polish work visas must be submitted electronically through the e-konsulat system. Appointment slots for submitting the application at a designated VAC will be assigned through an electronic draw.

The Embassy of Poland in India, alongside the Consulate General in Mumbai, has announced a significant update to the work visa application process. Starting from June 26, 2024, applicants must register all national work visa applications, commonly referred to as D-Type national visas, through the new e-Konsulat system.

?

Streamlined Process through e-Konsulat

The e-Konsulat system simplifies and streamlines the visa application procedure. Applicants seeking employment in Poland will now need to register their work visa applications exclusively through this online platform. The e-Konsulat system aims to enhance efficiency, reduce processing time, and improve user experience for applicants.

Key Changes

1. Mandatory Online Registration:?As of June 26, 2024, all applications for D-type national Visas (work visas) must be registered electronically through the e-konsulat system. This replaces any previous methods of application submission.

2. This ensures fairness and eliminates the need for a first-come, first-served approach.

3. Monthly Draws:?On Monday, July 1, 2024, the Embassy will hold the first electronic draw to allocate appointment slots for August.
