Pointer 5: Moving away from being a Fear Wolf ... to becoming a Courage Wolf...!
In the?previous four pointers,?we talked about?Finding Your Purpose,?Starting With The End In Mind,?Taking Point & Walking Tall,?and?Preparation As The Key To Success.
All fluffy words.?Maybe...!?Mind you, what is just below are "life guidelines", not "corporate guidelines". Why?
You were not "born corporate", you were "born human"...!?So, you might want to consider, developing or better allowing,?your "Courage Wolf" to show up in your personal life, first...?
The Fear Wolf:
Bends when pressure is applied, walks away, is shy, lives as much as possible in the shadows, doubt's himself or herself, avoids conflict, and hopes things will pass by.
Key Characteristic: Does?rarely engage?beyond ... the comfort zone.
The Courage Wolf:
Observes a lot, reflects on what the older "pack leaders" taught him/her, weighs what is in the balance, asks him/herself what is the right thing to do, and does not avoid conflict.

A lot of people might think,?yes but the "Courage Wolf" is more courageous, whatever that then might mean,?than the "Fear Wolf".
Nop. I'm sorry. That is not the case.?Why?
So the good news is,?the Courage Wolf is in each of us. But?few have been blessed?in?their life with teachers,?helping them to learn how to handle fear in a ... relaxed way.
